- Supervising the overall implementation of academic, research, cultural, student, administrative, and financial affairs of the university
- Defining the university’s executive policies within the framework of the Board of Trustees’ and the Ministry of Science’s approved strategies
- Representing the university legally in all official national authorities and assemblies
- Communicating and implementing the resolutions and decisions of the Board of Trustees and the University Council

- Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and following up on official resolutions.
- Managing information dissemination, news, and public relations activities
- Preparing reports and documenting university activities.

- Planning, coordination, and supervision of the university’s educational activities.

- Expanding Research and Technology Activities across the University

- Overseeing financial affairs, budgeting, human resources, and support services
- Preparing the annual budget and allocating resources
- Managing contracts, procurement, and purchasing processes
- Enhancing productivity and transparency in financial processes.

- Managing student welfare services, including housing, dining, and student amenities
- Planning and implementing cultural, artistic, and social activities
