The Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Shiraz University of Technology has a long-established history. As the core and central faculty at the time of the University’s establishment, it has been an integral part of the Shiraz University of Technology academic community since 2004. Currently, the Faculty offers undergraduate programs in three major fields: Electronics, Control, and Telecommunications. At the graduate level, it provides Master’s degree programs in six specialized areas: Electronics, Power (including Systems and Energy, and Power Electronics), Control, and Telecommunications (covering Fields and Systems). Additionally, the Faculty admits doctoral students in four disciplines: Electronics, Power, Control, and Telecommunications. Today, as the largest faculty at Shiraz University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, with its extensive capabilities, plays a significant role in training specialized electrical engineering professionals in the southern region of the country.
